

The HR Manager simply directs the candidates to a separate privacy room and lets the automated voice system guide them through the assessment. The interview can be recorded and evaluated later (“off-line” mode) or carried out while the manager is monitoring the process in his office. The applicant will be directed to a separate privacy room. Starting with a general introduction, the test questions will pop up on the screen and be played back simultaneously via the loudspeaker in front of the applicant; questions will be answered by use of the system microphone while pressing the space bar. The test can be generated in a wide range of languages and the modular questioning templates enable testing of a wide range of topics. Immediately generated, easy to understand reports are intuitive and instantly produced at the end of the assessment.
